Apex is the evidence-based glow-up for men. It’s built to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what happens to your data.

What stays on your device

• Your profile and goals (bodyweight, protein target, which pillars you’re working on) are stored only in local app storage on your phone.
• Your progress — logged lifts, habits, routines and check-ins — is saved on your device and is not sent to us or any server.
• The protocols and reference content (skin routines, lifting basics, grooming and style guidance) are bundled in the app and work fully offline.

What we don't collect

Apex has no accounts and no login. We do not collect your name, email, photos, health data, or location, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Subscriptions

Apex Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple Account — Apex never sees your payment details. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
