Forme is a training-motivation app. It generates a future-body reveal — an AI visualization of where consistent training can take you — to help you stay consistent, along with related guidance. It's provided for motivation and general information.
Forme's reveal is a motivational visualization, not a medical assessment, body scan, or guaranteed prediction of how you will look. Real results depend on consistent training and nutrition over time and vary from person to person. Forme is not a substitute for professional fitness, nutrition, or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new training or diet program, especially if you have a health condition.
Forme Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Apple's terms also apply to your purchase.
Forme uses a photo to generate your reveal and keeps your data minimal. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Forme is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the app, your training, or reliance on its visualizations or information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Forme after an update means you accept the revised terms.
