Privacy Policy

Lume is a companion app for people using GLP-1 medications. Because the information you log can be sensitive, Lume is built to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what happens to your data.

What stays on your device

• Your health inputs (body weight, protein target, meals, side-effect notes, workouts and check-ins) are saved only in local app storage on your phone. They are not sent to us or to any server.
• Your protein target and progress are calculated on your device from the numbers you enter.
• Reference content — training plans, meal ideas, and side-effect guidance — is bundled in the app and works without an account.

What we don't collect

Lume has no accounts and no login. We do not collect your name, email, body metrics, medication details, or health logs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We never sell your data.

Not medical data we hold

Lume is an education and companion tool, not a medical provider, and we do not operate as a covered entity. The health information you enter stays on your device and is yours to delete at any time.

Subscriptions

Lume Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple Account — Lume never sees your payment details. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Lume may link to educational resources or third-party services. Tapping a link opens that site in your browser, where that company's own privacy policy applies. Lume is not affiliated with any medication maker.
