Frequently asked

How is my protein target calculated?
Lume uses a common evidence-based starting point (around 1.6 g of protein per kg of body weight) to suggest a daily number. It's general guidance — your clinician or dietitian may set a different target that's right for you.

The workouts feel too hard or too easy.
You can adjust the difficulty in Settings. Start light, build gradually, and stop if anything causes pain. Check with your clinician before starting a new exercise routine.

How do I restore my subscription?
Open Lume → the gear icon (Settings) → Restore purchases.

How do I manage or cancel Lume Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In Settings, tap Manage subscription, or go to the App Store → your account → Subscriptions.

Delete your data

Lume has no account or login — everything is stored only on your device. To remove it all:

  1. Open Lume.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Under Your data, tap Clear all data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your logs, targets and preferences. Deleting the app removes everything too.
