Onside explains football for new fans. It’s built to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what happens to your data.

What stays on your device

• Your profile and preferences (the club you follow, which pillars you’re exploring) are stored only in local app storage on your phone.
• Your questions — everything you ask the Ask Onside explainer is answered by on-device AI. Your questions are processed on your phone and are not sent to us or any server.
• The lessons and reference content (rules, positions, tactics, culture, and calendar explainers) are bundled in the app and work fully offline.

What we don't collect

Onside has no accounts and no login. We do not collect your name, email, photos, health data, or location, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Subscriptions

Onside Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple Account — Onside never sees your payment details. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Onside may link to external sites such as official league, club, or ticketing pages. Tapping a link opens that site in your browser, where that company’s own privacy policy applies. If you buy through a partner link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
