Does Roam work without internet?
Yes. The phrasebook, country essentials, camera translate, and your saved trip all work offline. The AI guide runs on Apple's on-device intelligence, so it needs no signal either.

The AI guide says it's unavailable.
The on-device guide needs an Apple-Intelligence-capable iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on (Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri). The phrasebook and country tools work on any device.

How do I restore my subscription?
Open Roam → the gear icon (Settings) → Restore purchases.

How do I manage or cancel Roam Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In Settings, tap Manage subscription, or go to the App Store → your account → Subscriptions.

Delete your data

Roam has no account or login — everything is stored only on your device. To remove it all:

  1. Open Roam.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Under Your data, tap Clear all data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your saved trips and preferences. Deleting the app removes everything too.
