Privacy Policy

Tress is an AI hair try-on app. You upload a selfie and Tress shows you how a cut or color could look on you. This policy explains what happens to your data — especially your photos.

Your selfies

• What we use them for. Your selfie is used only to generate your hair try-on previews — to render the cuts and colors you choose onto your own photo.
• How they're processed. Generating a realistic try-on uses AI processing. Your photo is sent securely for that purpose, processed to create your preview, and is not stored on our servers afterward or retained beyond what's needed to return your result.
• What we never do. We do not sell your photos, share them with advertisers, or use them to train AI models.
• Your saved looks are kept only in local app storage on your phone. Deleting them in the app, or deleting the app, removes them.

What we don't collect

Tress has no social profile to build. We do not collect your name or location, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Subscriptions

Tress Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple Account — Tress never sees your payment details. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Tress may link to partners such as salon-booking or hair-product services. Tapping a link opens that site in your browser, where that company’s own privacy policy applies. If you buy through a partner link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
