Apex is an evidence-based self-improvement app for men, covering four pillars — skin, fitness, grooming and style. It provides educational guidance, routines, and progress tracking. It's provided for your convenience and general information.
The routines, targets, and content in Apex (including skincare ingredients like retinoids, protein targets, and exercise guidance) are offered as general, evidence-informed education and may not be complete or right for you. Apex is not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, nutritional, or fitness advice. Talk to a doctor or dermatologist before starting a retinoid, a new exercise program, or any change to your health, and stop if anything causes irritation, pain, or injury.
Apex Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Apple's terms also apply to your purchase.
Apex has no account and stores your data only on your device. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Apex is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Apex after an update means you accept the revised terms.
