Lume is an education and companion app for people using GLP-1 medications. It offers a protein target, resistance-training plans, meal guidance, side-effect tips, and progress tracking. It's provided for your convenience and general information.

Lume does not replace your prescriber, clinician, dietitian, or any qualified healthcare professional, and it gives no dosing instructions. Lume is not affiliated with, and does not represent, any manufacturer of medication. Always talk to your healthcare provider about your medication, side effects, nutrition, and any changes to your care, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Resistance-training and nutrition suggestions are general and may not be suitable for everyone. Consult your clinician before starting a new exercise or eating plan, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You use this guidance at your own risk.
Lume Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Apple's terms also apply to your purchase.
Lume has no account and stores your data only on your device. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Lume is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lume after an update means you accept the revised terms.
