How accurate is the try-on?
Tress is a visualization tool — it gives you a realistic preview to help you decide and to show your stylist. It isn't a guarantee of the exact salon result, which depends on your hair, your colorist, and the products used.

My selfie isn't working well.
For the best previews, use a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo with your hair visible and your face unobstructed. Avoid heavy filters, hats, or sunglasses.

What happens to my photo?
Your selfie is used only to generate your try-on and is not retained beyond producing your result. We never sell your photos or use them to train AI. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I restore my subscription?
Open Tress → the gear icon (Settings) → Restore purchases.

How do I manage or cancel Tress Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In Settings, tap Manage subscription, or go to the App Store → your account → Subscriptions.

Delete your data

Your saved looks are stored only on your device. To remove everything:

  1. Open Tress.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Under Your data, tap Clear all data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your saved looks and preferences. Deleting the app removes everything too.
