Not Medical Advice
Stride is a fitness tracker and scoreboard, not a medical device or medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising if you feel unwell.
Your Data
Your workouts stay on your device. When you join a challenge, only your display name and weekly aggregates (points, workout count, movement days) are shared with that challenge's board, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Stride to harass others, and use honest entries — the boards are only as fair as the people on them. We may remove content or boards that are abused.
License
Stride is licensed, not sold. Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms supplement that EULA.
