The AI coach is slow. "Gemma" runs entirely on your phone for privacy, so replies take a few seconds — that's the trade-off for keeping everything you say private and offline. It's a one-time ~2.6 GB download (best on Wi-Fi). Everything else works without it.
How do I delete my account and data? In the app: You tab → Account → Delete account & data. This erases your on-device data and deletes your account on our server. It can't be undone.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed where you purchased them on our website. Cancelling stops future billing; deleting your account in the app removes your account data.
Are the aging previews real predictions? No — they're AI-generated illustrations for motivation, not predictions of how you'll look, and not a medical assessment.
