Toll Privacy Policy

Toll gates apps you choose behind a small study task. It has no accounts and no servers of its own. Everything Toll knows about you lives on your phone, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Screen Time
Toll asks for Apple's Screen Time permission (Family Controls, for your own device only) so it can show a gate in front of the apps you pick and, if you use the study-time toll, know when your chosen study app has been used for the time you set. Apple provides these as opaque tokens: Toll never learns the names of the apps you gate and cannot see anything you do inside them. No Screen Time data is uploaded anywhere.
What Stays on Your Phone
Your gated-app selection, study-app selection, settings, decks and cards, quiz scores, and streak history are stored on your device only. Uninstalling Toll deletes all of it.
Purchases
Toll Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment and keeps your billing details; Toll only receives a confirmation that a subscription or purchase is active.
Notifications
Reminders such as "your questions are ready" and "toll paid" are local notifications scheduled on your device. Toll has no push notification server.
Analytics
The app contains no analytics or tracking. This website uses standard, anonymous page analytics.
Children
Toll is not directed at children under 13 and is not a parental-control product; it asks for Screen Time permission for the device owner only.
