Toll Terms of Use

Toll is provided as-is as a personal focus and study tool. By using the app you agree to these terms.
A Nudge, Not a Lock
Toll relies on Apple's Screen Time to gate apps you choose on your own device. It is not a parental control, security product, or guarantee: you can change or remove the gates at any time, including by deleting the app. Toll is not responsible for how you use your time.
Your Data
Your settings, decks, scores, and streaks stay on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content of material you import.
Toll Pro
Toll Pro is offered as auto-renewing weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase, all sold through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.
License
Toll is licensed, not sold. Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms supplement that EULA.
