Fitness challenges for any group
Move together. At your own pace.
Start a challenge, share the code, and compete with your people on one shared weekly board. Steps and workouts count automatically from Apple Health or Health Connect — or log them yourself. No accounts, ever.
Free for up to 15 people · no accounts · your health data stays on your phone
Up and running in two minutes
No sign-up forms, no email verification, nothing to configure. If you can send a text message, you can run a challenge.
Pick your rules
Name it, choose how long — a week, a month, a season — and what counts: steps, workouts, or both. You decide if teams compete or it's everyone for themselves.
Share one code
Your challenge gets its own code, link, and QR. Teammates enter it and they're in — their phones, their logins, zero setup for you.
Move. That's it.
Steps and workouts count themselves — Apple Health on iPhone, Health Connect on Android — or log them by hand. Points land on the shared board as everyone moves.
Made for any group, any rules
Your rules, your round
Steps only, workouts only, or both. Run it for a week, a month, a season — when the round ends, the next one starts fresh.
Teams or everyone
Compete as teams on average points, or switch it to everyone-for-themselves and let the raw ranking speak.
Health data, private by design
Apple Health and Health Connect feed your score, and the details never leave your phone. Only your display name and weekly points are shared.
Log once, count everywhere
Join three challenges at once — your workouts still get entered once. Every board scores your week by its own rules.
Sunday recap
A quiet weekly nudge shows where your points came from — and where the gaps are before the board locks in.
No accounts. Really.
No email, no passwords, no social sign-in. The app is on your phone, your data is on your phone, and the board only knows a name you picked.

Questions
Is it actually free?
Yes — the app is free for everyone, and challenges are free for up to 15 people for as long as you want to run them. The only paid thing is the optional company package for bigger groups, which is arranged on our website and never inside the app.
Is there an Android version?
Yes — Stride runs on both iPhone and Android, and mixed iPhone/Android challenges work fine (that's the normal case). Get it from the App Store or Google Play.
How do steps and workouts count?
Automatically. On iPhone, Stride reads steps and workouts from Apple Health; on Android, from Health Connect. You can also log workouts by hand. Either way, your health data never leaves your phone.
Teams or individuals?
You choose when you create the challenge. Team challenges rank teams by average points (so a big team doesn't automatically win); everyone-challenges rank every person directly. Either way, your workouts count in every challenge you join.
What happens after 15 people?
Challenges are free for up to 15 people. For bigger groups — companies, clubs, and big families — the company plan covers up to 50 people for $199/month, with a 14-day free trial, ongoing challenges, fair teams, and support. Cancel anytime.
Is my health data uploaded anywhere?
No. Steps and workout details are read from Apple Health or Health Connect and stay on your phone. The only thing our server stores for a shared board is your display name, a random device ID, and weekly point totals.
